Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill the following positions at Management Training Bureau (MTB).
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
The incumbent reports to the Finance and Administration Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
⦁ Degree in Administration or equivalent or equivalence.
⦁ At least 3 years of relevant experience and a track record of good performance.
⦁ Proven working experience in store management.
KEY RESULT AREAS/DUTIES
⦁ Administration of transport portfolio (i.e. vehicle movements, repairs, servicing and fuelling)
⦁ Records management.
⦁ Maintenance of asset register and ensuring all assets are coded.
⦁ Ensure asset inventory lists are constantly updated.
⦁ Assists in Project monitoring.
⦁ Administers and submits departmental expenses,
taking into consideration the budget.
⦁ Assists in the preparation of the Annual Budget for the Administration department.
⦁ Ordering Office supplies.
⦁ Submission of Monthly & Quarterly departmental reports.
