Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telephonic calls to prospective and existing customers to Market and Sell/Upsell/Cross-sell insurance and related financial products and promotions to customers over the phone.
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper insurance and financial solutions.
- Provide good customer relationship management through good customer service from sale to delivery, and offer any after-sales support.
- Explain the merits of the Company’s products to customers in a bid to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Deliver prepared scripts regarding products and promotions to inform customers and generate leads.
- Respond to questions and concerns of customers over all touchpoints, according to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business administration or Marketing.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills.
- Experience of a job where HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE were required.
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability and willingness to learn excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cope with the emotional demands of the job.
- Happy to be flexible when called upon to work additional hours at short notice.
