Job Summary

Required is a confident, caring and organised person to occupy the post of Pre-School Matron

 

Duties And Responsibilities

• Putting in place measures to ensure the effective supervision of staff
• Ensuring the effective functioning of the Pre-School.
• Responsible for the assets, inventory, groceries, fixtures and fittings and
• Ensuring all necessary repairs and maintenances are handled.
• Putting in place communication systems that enhances the Matron’s relations with key stakeholders both external and internal.
• Ability to compile meaningful weekly, monthly and termly reports.

 

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum of a teaching qualification or equivalent in relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with demonstrable hands on dealing with learners.
• First aid knowledge is a must.
• A mature individual with strong communication skills, teamwork and leadership capabilities
