HEAD E-BANKING
BASIC FUNCTION
Reporting to the General Manager – Banking Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for the Bank’s digital banking strategy formulation, implementation and ongoing review to achieve set business objectives.
KEY RESULT AREAS OF THE JOB
- Overall responsibility for Merchant Services, Card Services, Mobile Banking, Online Banking, E-Commerce and Payments Management;
- Digital banking strategy and commercial model management to support Bank objectives;
- Digital banking projects and innovations management to achieve competitiveness and set objectives for the Bank;
- E-Banking commercial relationships management with external stakeholders and key partners in order to advance the commercial interests of the Bank;
- Digital banking channel performance and profitability management;
- Digital banking coordination with internal stakeholders;
- Overall responsibility for uptake and usage of products and services to achieve set Bank performance targets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 A Level passes and first degree in Banking/IT/Business/Marketing or related.
- Digital Banking/Cards professional qualification/certification or related postgraduate qualification is a must.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- At least three years managerial experience in a fintech, digital banking, ICT, telecommunications or related environment.
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Intrinsic knowledge of financial, digital banking and related technologies.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
