HEAD E-BANKING

BASIC FUNCTION

Reporting to the General Manager – Banking Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for the Bank’s digital banking strategy formulation, implementation and ongoing review to achieve set business objectives.

KEY RESULT AREAS OF THE JOB

Overall responsibility for Merchant Services, Card Services, Mobile Banking, Online Banking, E-Commerce and Payments Management;
Digital banking strategy and commercial model management to support Bank objectives;
Digital banking projects and innovations management to achieve competitiveness and set objectives for the Bank;
E-Banking commercial relationships management with external stakeholders and key partners in order to advance the commercial interests of the Bank;
Digital banking channel performance and profitability management;
Digital banking coordination with internal stakeholders;
Overall responsibility for uptake and usage of products and services to achieve set Bank performance targets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

2 A Level passes and first degree in Banking/IT/Business/Marketing or related.
Digital Banking/Cards professional qualification/certification or related postgraduate qualification is a must.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

At least three years managerial experience in a fintech, digital banking, ICT, telecommunications or related environment.
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
Intrinsic knowledge of financial, digital banking and related technologies.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
