Responsibilities / Essential Duties:
1. Establishing KYC on customers and determine fe
loans.
2. Assisting customers in the loan application process.
3. Explain to customers the different types of loans an
are available, as well as the terms of those services
4.  Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan
those limits to management for approval.
5.  Review and update credit and loan files.
6.  Maintaining files for all loans in default/arrears.
7.  Analyzing all loans in default/arrears and recommen
plan of recovery.
8. Meet directly with clients to obtain information for loa
recommendations to the company for the necessary
Requirements:
1. A diploma/degree in Banking and Finance,
2. At least 1 year related work experience,
3. Experience in debt collection is a must,
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
5.  Proficiency in computer applications,
6. 30 years of age and below.
