IT Systems Developer (Fixed Term Contract)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree or HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

At least 2 years’ experience covering software programming, systems design and
development

Google Cloud Console knowledge would be an added advantage

SKILLS:

Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills

Code Ignitor and Laravel frameworks

Php, html, Java and Java script

WordPress development

Database management (MySQL, SQL)

Linux

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Design innovative digital software programs that improve and simplify customer
experience

Documentation of technical and functional user requirements, user manual or other
instructional manuals that facilitate the use of a software or hardware product.

Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues including
complex technical design issues

Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents

Provide comprehensive support to clients; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or
issues

Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate procedural documentation and/or reports
as requested
