Our client is in the Legal Aid Industry looking for a passionate Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for generating and increasing their revenue through various channels. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and be able to run and supervise the various Key Marketing Campaigns of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising the internal marketing staff to ensure advertising initiatives are meeting targeted goals.
• Come up with Strategies and action plans for the legal aid firm
• Develop marketing campaigns to create company awareness and promotional activities to meet customer needs.
• Create and manage campaigns on social media to increase awareness of the company
• Communicate with target audiences and manage both prospective and existing client relationships.
• Create, Develop and manage different sales and Market segments.
• Conduct market research and identify current market trends.
• Assisting/ participating in the formulation of corporate sales based strategy
• Implementing Director and Management formulated and approved sales strategy
• Developing long term and short term sales strategies

The candidate must

• Be a self-starter
• Be a holder of a Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Have at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Have a Clean class 4 Drivers license and own car

Remuneration: Basic Salary + Commission
