GENERAL STATEMENT:

The jobholder will be responsible for training and monitoring of Internal Savings and Lending (ISAL) groups in Chivi and Mwenezi districts.
Key Job Attributes : Self-motivation, high level of organizational capabilities and good communication skills, dependability, honest and patience.

KEY RESULTAREAS:

Training Monitoring Information dissemination Public Relations

REPORTING TO: Provincial Disability Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder orientation in liaison with District Disability Coordinators , Community mobilisation
• Training of communities on ISAL
• Training ISAL groups on Selection, Planning and Management of Income venerating/ Activities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 
• Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or Development studies,
• Three years working experience in development work
• Practical knowledge of the ISAL Methodology
• Ability to ride a motor cycle is a must.
• Experience in working with People With Disabilities is an added advantage
