Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Computer related discipline
• Membership of Professional body i.e. Computer Society of Zimbabwe (CSZ)
• 5 Years working experience
• SAP certification an added advantage

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administers the acquisition and installation of computer hardware
• Conducts hardware test for procured hardware items
• Sets up systems for managing the hardware inventory in terms of equipment acquisition, movement and disposal.
• Formulates and implements a system for the installation and running of computers systems for business applications throughout the area by specifying procedures for object creation, testing and implementation
• Develops and implements a training strategy for training of Users
• Determines user requirements (or network facilities
• Determines and specifies network performance standards for both wide and local area networks
• Manages delivery of User support services for business and office automation systems
