Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following vacancy which has arisen at the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Limited (“ZSE”).

Systems Administrator

The applicant to fill the interesting opportunity must have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience and possessing the following attributes:

Academic and Skills Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or information Systems from a recognised institution, passed with degree class 2.1 or better.
• A relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Must be CCNP certified.
• Experience working with WANs, LANs and Wi-Fi platforms.
• Direct experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering.
• Must have experience in database administration and OCP is a must.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux desired.

• Security certification is highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of ICT Infrastructure and hardware
• iTil foundation qualification desired
• Knowledge of Network Monitoring Systems.
• Good communication and technical skills
• Willingness to work outside of normal working hours.
• Clean Class 4 driver’s licence is required.
• Ensuring all documentation and diagrams for all environments are accurate and up to date
