Key Responsibilities
- Developing an annual events calendar in line with the Marketing plan.
- Coordinating, planning and executing corporate events, launches, conferences, exhibitions and stakeholder engagements.
- Coordinating event logistics including venues, accommodation, catering, branding and equipment.
- Coordinating the evaluation of sponsorship requests against approved criteria and business objectives.
- Monitoring delivery of sponsorship benefits and contractual obligations.
- Tracking sponsorship performance and return on investment.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring utilisation of resources in line with approved budgets.
- Coordinating publicity and communication of CSI activities through appropriate channels.
- Identifying partnership opportunities to maximise community impact and the Group’s visibility.
Requirements
- First degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Events Management or equivalent.
- Professional qualification in Events Management, Public Relations or CSR/CSI Management.
- 3-5 years’ experience in events coordination, sponsorship management, marketing or corporate communications.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Corporate Social Investment/Corporate Social Responsibility programmes.
