Key Responsibilities
- Superintending over the management and operations of the college in accordance with Ministry policies, strategies and regulations.
- Coordinating agricultural education programmes in line with departmental and Ministry strategic plans.
- Recommending curriculum and syllabus reviews for Farmer Certificate, Diploma and Higher National Diploma programmes.
- Ensuring effective management of college assets, materials, training consumables and resources.
- Overseeing examinations, assessments and quality assurance processes.
- Providing leadership and supervision to college staff and managing student affairs.
- Overseeing agricultural research programmes and income-generating projects.
- Promoting student development through curricular and co-curricular activities.

Requirements
- A first degree in Agriculture or equivalent.
