Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic business insights to support business decision making.
- Ensure effective financial controls, risk management, and compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimisation initiatives to improve business performance.
- Oversee internal and external audit activities, ensuring audit readiness, effective collaboration with stakeholders, and alignment with the organization’s compliance standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or an equivalent qualification.
- A professional accounting qualification such as CA(Z) or equivalent.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ progressive finance experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
