Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and maintains all hotel IT systems, including servers, networks, PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), and telecommunication systems.
• Ensures seamless integration of hotel applications such as front desk management, reservations, guest services, and accounting software.
• Implements and maintains cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive guest and hotel data.
• Provides technical support and training to hotel staff on IT systems and applications.
• Acts as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manages IT-related procurement, including software licenses, hardware, and service agreements.
• Liaises with technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal IT solutions for hotel operations.
• Implements innovative IT solutions to enhance guest experiences, such as mobile check-ins, digital key access, and AI-driven concierge services.
• Optimizes the hotel’s digital presence, including Wi-Fi services, smart room technologies, and CRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 Years of experience in previous senior leadership IT Field Service.
• Experience with hotel-specific software such as Opera, Micros, or similar systems.
• System-related professional certifications desired.
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, database management (SQL), and virtualization.
• Familiarity with VoIP, CCTV, and biometric access control systems
