Key Responsibilities

- Implements and maintains cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive guest and hotel data.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 Years of experience in previous senior leadership IT Field Service.
- Experience with hotel-specific software such as Opera, Micros, or similar systems.
- System-related professional certifications desired.
- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, database management (SQL), and virtualization.
