Key Responsibilities
- Process picking slips and customer orders within agreed turnaround times.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Deliver picked stock promptly to the dispatch area.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and order requirements before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure bins, shelves, and stock locations are correctly labelled.
- Handle stock carefully to minimise damage and wastage.
- Identify and report damaged stock and assist with stock adjustments.
- Assist with quarterly cycle counts and annual stock takes.
- Check incoming stock against delivery documentation.
- Label pallets and stock accurately for correct storage.
- Verify stock locations and support inventory accuracy.
- Assist with packing, dispatch, and other warehouse activities.

- Matric/O-Level Certificate or equivalent qualification.
