A well-established supermarket in Bulawayo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service, and representing the brand with professionalism.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably in retail

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment

• Experience in a supermarket or retail environment is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Actively drive sales and contribute to revenue growth

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

• Promote products and educate customers on promotions and offerings

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Support merchandising and stock presentation standards
