TRAINEE FINANCIAL ANALYST – Escrow Group 94 views

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements and prepare regular management reports
• Track performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Support budgeting, re-forecasting, and long-term planning
• Evaluate investment opportunities using NPV, IRR, and ROI analysis
• Prepare dashboards, management packs, and presentations
• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Monitor liquidity, working capital, and financial sustainability metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• 1–3 years’ experience in financial analysis or a related role
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Good understanding of financial statements and corporate finance
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CFA or progress towards) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• High ethical standards and confidentiality
