A member of the SME Association of Zimbabwe in retail is seeking to recruit a trainee administrator.
Duties And Responsibilities
Daily capturing of transactions into the system and highlighting any errors (It is a new system)
Managing collections of daily takings (cash, ecocash and bank receips) and reporting to management
Monthly preparation of management accounts
Manage accounts payable (Compliance, suppliers etc)
Sending out quotations and following up payments
Stock taking (monthly) and daily/biweekly maintenance of stock records
Maintenance/filing of company records and any other administrative tasks assigned by management
Qualifications And Experience
Diploma from a Polytechnic College
Part CIS/ SAAA
Any other accounting/ business management qualification.
