Tongaat Hulett operations in Zimbabwe (THZ), namely Hippo Valley Estates Limited and Triangle Limited offer a dynamic and balanced training program in conjunction with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) which seeks to unlock the graduates’ intellectual, analytical and leadership capabilities to contribute towards the company’s success whilst simultaneously meeting their future career aspirations. The successful candidates will be exposed to a 3-year comprehensive training and development program and will be obligated to sign a training contract. Responsibilities

On the job training covering the following competencies within the Finance Divisions of TH, entities

• Accounting and external reporting,
• Risk management and governance
• Auditing & assurance
• Financial management
• Management decision-making
• Taxation
• Professional skill
• Management of Safety, Health and Environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must have & Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related with upper second (2.1) class or bettor
• Below 26 years of age
• Outstanding A‘ Level results
• Interest to study towards a Chartered Accountancy qualification
• A Self motivator with demonstrable sound leadership qualities and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to operate within high levels of complexity,
