The TLB Operator will be responsible for the safe & efficient operation of Tractor Loader Backhoe for excavation, loading, backfilling & other work related to stand development & infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate TLB to excavate trenches, load materials, backfill & level ground.
- Carry out daily pre-start checks & basic maintanance on the TLB.
- Work closely with site supervisors to meet daily targets.
- Ensure safe operation around workers, services & equipment.
- Report any mechanical faults or damage immediately.
- Keep operator logs and assist with site cleanliness.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 or 4 drivers license with TLB endorsement.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience operating a TLB on construction or civil works.
- Knowledge of basic TLB maintanance & fault reporting.
- Physically fit & willing to work in outdoor conditions.
- Safety-conscious & reliable. A certificate of competency is an added advantange.
