Graylands Park is a growing company developing residential stands with full insfrastructure. We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious TLB Operator to join our team. The TLB Operator will be responsible for the safe & efficient operation of Tractor Loader Backhoe for excavation, loading, backfilling & other work related to stand development & infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate TLB to excavate trenches, load materials, backfill & level ground.
  • Carry out daily pre-start checks & basic maintanance on the TLB.
  • Work closely with site supervisors to meet daily targets.
  • Ensure safe operation around workers, services & equipment.
  • Report any mechanical faults or damage immediately.
  • Keep operator logs and assist with site cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 2 or 4 drivers license with TLB endorsement.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience operating a TLB on construction or civil works.
  • Knowledge of basic TLB maintanance & fault reporting.
  • Physically fit & willing to work in outdoor conditions.
  • Safety-conscious & reliable. A certificate of competency is an added advantange.
