Job Purpose:
Tender bid preparation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities on which to submit tenders and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work
- Preparing bid documents
- Ensuring compliance with the regulatory authority and that all deadlines are met.
- Develop and manage the bid timetable, managing inputs and suppliers as appropriate to ensure all key milestones are met.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification in procurement
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Provable Tender bid preparation experience is a must.
