Job Purpose:

Tender bid preparation

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities on which to submit tenders and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work
• Preparing bid documents
• Ensuring compliance with the regulatory authority and that all deadlines are met.
• Develop and manage the bid timetable, managing inputs and suppliers as appropriate to ensure all key milestones are met.

Education & Experience

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification in procurement
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Provable Tender bid preparation experience is a must.
