Our organisation is seeking systems and network administrators based in Zimbabwe to support I.T projects relating to email migrations, Azure AD migrations, general tier 1 IT knowledge (Windows 10, 11, server, network, desktop support, Microsoft Office)

The candidate should have knowledge in:
– Microsoft 365
– Email Migration
– Azure
– Project coordination
– Patch management
– Remote access tools
– Maintaining organisational IT policies to ensure workstation, server and network integrity

The candidate should be competent in ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Kaseya BMS, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus) for the purposes of monitoring and organizing our ticketing system queue (making sure tickets are assigned and updated).
