SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR – Tongogara Rural District Council 9 views

Key Responsibilities

• Administration, support and maintenance of Council ERPs including Sage Pastel, Belina Payroll and LADS.
• Management and support of servers, Desktop, Laptops and Printers
• Basic configuration monitoring and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN networks
• Configuration and management of firewalls, VPNs and Networks security controls.
• User support, system back-ups, updates and disaster recovery procedure.
• Administration of cloud-based services, mail back-ups, and hosted applications
• Information, Communication Technology (ICT), Asset management document and compliances with ICT policies.
• Providing Technical support to end users.
• Training of staff on the use of IT resources and software applications.
• Preparation and production of computerized technical documentation and Minimum Service Delivery reports.
• Any other duties as assigned by the E.O Administration and Human Resources

Requirements

• At least 25 years of age
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Or Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven working knowledge of Sage Pastel, Belina and IPSAS, LADS, ERPs Systems
• Police Clearance
• Citizen of Zimbabwe
• Medical Report
• Clean Class 4 Driver’s license
