Student Intern

A local membership based capacity building organization is looking for a student intern for its office in Seke.

The Intern will directly assist the Programs Coordinator with a wide range of programme activities related to day-to-day support to program/project implementation and ensuring conformity to expected results, outputs, objectives and work-plans; Compilation of monthly progress reports and other reporting material; conducting meetings with project beneficiaries; Assist the Programs Coordinator in project implementation and monitoring, including participation in field visits; Organize district level events, workshops; maintain a membership database. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. The candidate will also have opportunities to engage directly and learn from project staff.

The candidate must be resident in Harare.

Qualifications and skills required
Studying towards a degree in social sciences, agriculture or any other related field; with an interest and aptitude to work in programme implementation; Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously; Proficient in computer programs and internet applications.
