• Drives Sales by setting and achieving sales targets for tyres, associated products and services.
• Manages the day-to-day workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Identifies, recruits, and hires qualified staff, developing & training the team and regular performance management.
• Monitors financial performance, analysing sales data, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Collaborates with senior management to develop and execute business plans and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 5 – 7 years managerial experience in the Tyre retail industry
• Experience in leading staff/teams
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage
• Technical and Tyre product knowledge
