• Identify and engage with suitable SME clients eligible for loans
• Boost loan revenue by achieving sales targets
• Conduct thorough evaluations of loan applications
• Monitor and manage loan and credit information
• Advise customers on suitable loan amounts if their initial request is declined
• Explain financial risks and provide financial literacy training to all clients
• Possess strong knowledge of the Harare informal market
• Implement strategies for effective client

Requirements

• Commercials Degree/ Diploma.
• Excellent communications and customer service skills.
• At least 1-year SME lending experience.
• Harare working experience is an added advantage.
• Driver’s licence a MUST.
• Strong attention to detail and a mind for numbers.
