Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
- Coordinate and allocate tasks to site workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity on site.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe working practices.
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Prepare daily site reports and communicate progress updates.
- Manage resources, tools, and equipment efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a construction supervisor.
- Experience working on mining or large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
- Knowledge in Chinese language is an added advantage.
- Experience in working internationally is also an added advantage.
