- (Site Foreman) Translate a plan into daily site progress.
- (Site Foreman) Lead from the front.
- (Site Foreman) Know what good workmanship looks like – and what it doesn’t.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ site-based construction experience (for Site Manager)
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget (for Site Manager)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, H&S, and site administration (for Site Manager)
- Ability to manage multiple disciplines simultaneously (for Site Manager)
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (for Site Manager)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a working foreman in construction (for Site Foreman)
- Strong trade background – civil, building, or related (for Site Foreman)
- Able to read drawings and interpret specifications (for Site Foreman)
- Reliable, disciplined, and practical (for Site Foreman)
- Both roles are Harare-based with a countrywide project remit. Mobility is a requirement.
