  • Degree in Hospitality or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to manage daily operations, staff, and service standards
  • Good planning, reporting, and customer service skills
  • Must have a valid food handlers medical certificate
