**Job Title:** SHE Officer (Safety, Health & Environment)
**Role Purpose:**
We’re looking for a hands-on SHE Officer to help build a strong safety culture on site. You’ll work closely with operations to keep people safe, reduce risk, and make sure we’re compliant with SHE standards and legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor SHE policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
- Lead safety toolbox talks and SHE training
- Investigate incidents and near-misses
- Ensure legal and company compliance
- Promote a strong safety-first culture across teams
Requirements
- Degree or HND in SHE / Occupational Safety
- 2+ years’ experience in a SHE role
- Knowledge of local SHE legislation
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident working on-site with teams and management
