Key Responsibilities
- Develop and post job advertisement on various platforms
- Source and screen candidates through CV reviews, interviews and assessments
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring organisations
- Maintain an up-to-date talent pool and pipeline for current and future vacancies
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist hiring managers in developing job descriptions and specifications
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labour laws
- Maintain a positive client interface when undertaking all recruitment processes
Requirements
- A degree in HRM, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn
- Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills and match them to job requirements
- Excellent organisational and and time management abilities
