Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Certificate of Proficiency with Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act.
• Professional qualification such as Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) diploma or equivalent.
• membership of a reputable Procurement body or Institute a must
• High level computer literacy is a must.
• Analytical skills with special attention to detail.
• A minimum of five (5) years experience in the procurement function.
• High level of professionalism and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
