Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and be able to work independently while providing guidance to the accounting team.

Duties And Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analyze financial data and present recommendations to management.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Prepare and manage the annual budget and provide regular updates to management.
Work with the General Manager to forecast financial performance and develop strategies to achieve financial targets.
Supervise the accounting team and provide guidance as needed.
Participate in annual audits and provide necessary information to auditors.
Manage the company’s cash flow and monitor expenditures to ensure they are within budget.
Prepare and submit tax filings, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax.

Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
Experience managing accounting teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
