Job Summary

A reputable Security Services, ICT, and Health and Safety oriented Company is looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales Representative to gather Security Guarding contracts for the protection of private and public properties. The position is a unique and challenging opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the Sales Contracts and Marketing Business Strategy to meet the Company’s strategic objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities

Key job functions:

• Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction with existing services and rectify any account-based issues or disputes.
• Leading the development and execution of the company’s sales and marketing strategy, to ensure the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and business growth.
• Primary selling of company products and services
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular face to face meetings, telephone, and email communication
• Meeting revenue targets for the company and implementing plans and tactics to ensure retention of the targets.
• Keeping abreast of business trends in the market and reporting to the Directors on supply and demand, changing trends, economic activity, and competitor activities.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Preparing monthly/weekly sales reports.
• Meeting targets

Qualifications And Experience

Qualifications:

• A Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Security or equivalent
• The ideal candidate should possess at least 1-2 years of experience in the field of Security Marketing industry
• Basic Administrative and Financial skills and presentation are an advantage
• Driver’s license is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Trello
• Should be aged between 25 to 30years old
• Good language (English) skill is a must for both written and verbal
• Good communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
