Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, care and guidance to students, promoting discipline, respect and good conduct.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing and general welfare of students at all times.
- Oversee health, hygiene and cleanliness standards within the boarding facilities.
- Manage daily routines, bedtimes, study times and weekend activities.
- Liaise with parents, teachers and school management on student matters.
- Maintain records, reports and inventories as required.
- Provide support and mentorship to students, addressing concerns with maturity and sensitivity.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the school management.
Requirements
- A Level or relevant qualification with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a similar school setup – MANDATORY.
- OR
- O Level with a minimum of 6+ years’ experience in a similar school setup – MANDATORY.
- Mature, responsible and able to handle students with care and firmness.
- Knowledge of student welfare, discipline and boarding school procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- First Aid training or willingness to undergo training – ADVANTAGEOUS.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
