The Duties and Responsibilities
a. To be the link between the school. the District Office the Community, may Parents.
b. To introduce and maintain systematic and comprehensive methods and records
c. To ensure correct interpretations and implementation of curriculum and syllabuses.
d. to ensure that pupils’ learning is maintained at acceptable levels.
e.To assess teachers’ performance regularly and writing reports as may be required.
f. To evaluate the curricula objectives as well as school projects such as with Production.

Be certified University Graduate and holder of Teaching Certificate/ Diatom,
2. Possession of o Masters Degree qualification would be an added advantage
3. Have served as Head. Deputy Head or equivalent grade for at least five (5)years
4. Be knowledgeable in !he Education and Coil Service Policies. Procedures. Rules and Regulations.
5. Be able to work as a team member with minimum supervision.
6. Be analytical, self-driven. organised, results driven and with good report writing skills
