A Harare based company is looking for a professional property sales advisor responsible for looking after the on-sites and off site property sales process for a property development company. This includes tasks such as on site sales, setting up mobile campaigns and handling enquiries from potential buyers, mortgage advise and producing reports based on sales data. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist the developer and potential buyers in marketing and purchasing property underdevelopment for sale.
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• On site or off site display and marketing property development to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.
• Cooperate with valuers, banks, lenders and building inspectors.
• Develop networks and cooperate with investors, corporate, attorneys, mortgage lenders etc.
• Promote sales through print and online advertisements, site open days for residential development sales.
• Remain knowledgeable about Zimbabwe real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Residential Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
