About the Role
A leading company in the ICT industry is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic individual to contribute to the promotion and sales of computer hardware, software, and related solutions across Zimbabwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, marketing execution, and achieving sales targets within the ICT sector.
Key Responsibilities
•Promote and market ICT products and services to clients.
•Conduct client visits to assess needs and present tailored solutions.
•Coordinate sales activities with broader marketing strategies.
•Handle day-to-day sales administration and reporting.
•Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
•Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
•Report monthly sales results compared to budget projections.
Education and Qualifications
•A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
•Completion of a marketing professional course is considered an added advantage.
Experience
•Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
•Previous work in ICT, computer hardware, stationery, or accounting software sales is preferred.
Technical Knowledge
•Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools.
•Understanding of basic accounting packages and software solutions.
Key Competencies
•Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
•Effective time management and goal-setting abilities.
Additional Requirements
•A valid Class 4 driver’s license is mandatory for this role due to nationwide travel obligations.
