We are seeking individuals with a strong background in the hotel, hospitality, tourism or lodge industry, preferably candidates who have several years of proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase room bookings, events, conferences and overall lodge revenue.
- Identify and develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators and other business partners.
- Actively market the lodge to individuals, companies, organizations and event planners.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Promote the lodge’s accommodation, conferencing, restaurant and other hospitality services.
- Handle client enquiries, quotations, bookings and follow-ups professionally.
- Represent Absolute Villa Boutique Lodge at networking events, exhibitions and business meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional communication.
Requirements
- This is a flexible, shift-based hospitality position. Successful candidates must be prepared to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, evenings and occasional extended hours, according to the operational requirements of the lodge.
