Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute Cas-Lara Hardwaresales strategies, annual sales plans, budgets and measurable revenue objectives aligned to business priorities.
- Lead business development, market penetration and customer acquisition initiatives across agreed products, services, territories and channels.
- Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline, ensuring effective prospecting, qualification, proposal management, conversion and followthrough.
- Establish and monitor sales KPIs to analyze performance trends and implement timely corrective action where results fall below target.
