We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our innovative and growing company!
In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team.Should be able to lead by example and to create and implement strategies that will lead to the continued growth of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.• Establish and strategically build a solid customer base..• Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.• Continually analyse the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.• Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Job Skills & Qualifications:• Strong and traceable track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field• Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
Required:• Bachelor’s Degree Marketing or Related Field• 3 + years of sales experience within the BUILT ENVIRONMENT (building materials and/or construction and related services)
