Key Responsibilities
- Identifies and develops new commercial clients and revenue-generating opportunities
- Manages existing corporate client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conducts client visits, presentations, and product briefings to support business growth
- Prepares quotations, commercial proposals, tender documents, and contract submissions
- Coordinates contract administration, onboarding, and compliance documentation for commercial clients
- Maintains and updates sales pipelines, CRM databases, and client records
- Liaises with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers
- Supports marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and brand visibility initiatives
- Conducts market research to identify competitor activities, customer trends, and growth opportunities
- Prepares weekly and monthly sales, tender, and marketing performance reports

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or commercial operations
- Experience in the LPG, energy, petroleum, FMCG, or related sectors is an added advantage
- Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience preparing tenders, commercial proposals, and contract documentation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification from IMAZ or a related professional body is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities
- For the Bulawayo-based position, fluency in Ndebele is essential, with preference given to native Ndebele speakers
