An engineering service company is urgently looking for a front desk sales assistant to start work on the 1st of March 2019, preferably a young lady aged between 18 and 25.

Duties and Responsibilities

Typing, making quotations, receipts and invoicesCustomer serviceCommunicating with clients via telephone and emailsPricing and displaying goodsKeeping the office cleanRunning errands and any other duties assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of Ms Word, Excel and the InternetBusiness/Marketing certificate or diplomaFive O’levels including EnglishFluent in English and NdebeleGood communication skillsCompetency, punctuality and professionalismHard working and disciplined
