Position Overview

July28 Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and ambitious Advanced Level students for the role of Sales and Marketing Trainee. This opportunity is strictly for school leavers with no tertiary qualifications or prior work experience.

The ideal candidates will be highly motivated individuals with a passion for sales, eager to begin a structured, professional career in sales and marketing. Trainees will undergo intensive hands-on training while working closely with the sales and marketing team to support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of sales strategies
Engage in customer service and client relationship building
Participate in product and sales technique training sessions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities under supervision
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
Maintain communication with existing and potential clients
Support sales management in meeting team objectives

Candidate Profile

Strong interest in building a career in sales and marketing
Confident, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Technologically literate and open to learning
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Leadership experience in high school (e.g., prefect, club president, team captain) will be an added advantage

Minimum Requirements

Advanced Level (A-Level) certificate with passes in any subjects (Accounting, Business Studies, or IT/Computer Science are advantageous)
Good O-Level and A-Level English results
No tertiary qualification or prior work experience required
