Signed By Bright is seeking a confident, creative, and energetic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and capable of building strong client relationships while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving concerns.

• Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and maintain professional communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams including production, marketing, and design to ensure high service standards.

• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, including contact details and communication history.

• Present, promote, and sell company products/services to existing and prospective clients.

• Conduct client needs analysis and tailor solutions accordingly.

• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships.

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calling and prospecting.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within designated timelines.

• Coordinate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Analyze market potential, competitor trends, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver management reports on client feedback, industry trends, and product recommendations.

• Continuously improve performance through client feedback and training.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• High levels of motivation and a results-driven approach.

• Ability to craft tailored sales pitches and product demonstrations.

• Relationship management skills and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.

• Valid Class 4 driver’s license is a must.
