Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer with a strong background in traditional sales and marketing to promote our travel services. The ideal candidate will excel at building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive revenue and business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales-focused marketing plans.
Identify target clients and tailor campaigns to meet sales goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows.
Monitor sales performance and refine strategies to maximize results.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing.
A minimum of 3 years proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the travel industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of the Zimbabwean travel market is a plus.
