We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales & Digital Specialist to join our meat depot team. In this role, you will bridge physical retail sales with our growing online and social media presence. You will drive sales by providing excellent service to walk-in customers, showcasing our quality meat cuts online, managing digital orders, and executing local promotions to increase foot traffic and delivery sales. Must reside in Mabvuku and Chisipite.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-Store & Bulk Sales: Greet walk-in customers and proactively pitch bulk meat purchases, wholesale deals, and high-volume combo packs to restaurants, caterers, and large families.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote daily specials, bulk packs, and complementary high-margin items to increase average transaction values for both retail and bulk buyers.
  • Digital Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of fresh stock arrivals, wholesale cuts, and bulk pricing packages for social media promotion.
  • Social Media Management: Post daily updates, bulk price catalogs, and promotional offers across WhatsApp Status, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Digital Inquiries & Order Processing: Monitor and manage incoming orders, price queries, and bulk quotes via WhatsApp, direct messages, and email.
  • Delivery Scheduling & Tracking: Organize delivery routes, dispatch driver/courier runs, and provide real-time updates and delivery tracking to customers.
  • Order Fulfillment & Coordination: Liaise with butcher staff to ensure bulk and retail orders are accurately cut, weighed, vacuum-sealed, and packaged correctly for transport.
  • Catalog & Price Maintenance: Keep online price lists, bulk catalogs, and stock availability regularly updated across all digital channels.
  • Sales Logging & Feedback Reporting: Record daily sales inquiries, track delivery completion, collect customer feedback on product quality, and report trends to store management.
