Key Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements on site
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports
• Facilitate safety inductions, toolbox talks, and SHE training programs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate SHE records and documentation

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Safety, Health & Environment or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in a construction environment
• Sound knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations
• Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and enforce compliance
