Our client, a leading mining company seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Resident Engineer.
ROLE PROFILE
1. Develops maintenance plans and schedules.
2. Develops asset performance improvement plans. 1. Bachelor of Science/Technology 3. Approves maintenance initiatives, changes to design and or materials.
4. Provides technical reference capability and
draughting services to the core process.
5. Reviews implementation of technical information procedures for the maintenance and update of plant
information eg Drawings, Manuals, etc.
6. Monitors & ensures equipment availability.
7. Analyzes data and prepares reports.
8. Monitors Engineering and Maintenance KPIs. 9. Carries out major refurbishments and overhauls of
core process equipment.
10. Updates consolidated Asset register.
11. Provides philosophies, standards & systems for acquisition, maintenance and disposal of assets.
THE IDEAL PERSON
Bachelor of Science/Technology Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
Full membership with Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers.
5 years post learnership experience.
SALARY: USD3500.00 net
120 litres fuel per month
